Third Update: Photo Walk, first series

Ladies and gents, kindly note the following updates / points for our Photo Walk scheduled tentatively on January 25, 2012.

All Officers and coordinators must meet me tomorrow, January 20, 11:00 A.M. either at the faculty room or S605. Take note of the time. I can not hold the meeting past an hour or so.

B. Papers and documents

1. Everyone must have a copy of waivers. These will be distributed by PUPSMK officers (to be taken care of Jamie Celeste and Jerieca Pilvierra. It is important that this document must be read by the student participants and their parents or guardians.

The waivers are to be returned to the PUPSMK officers complete with signatures and a xerox copy of their respective guardian's ID.

2. IDs. All participants shall be given IDs. Since we only have few days til the big event, I am going to request everyone to send a scanned copy of your signature to either my yahoo mail address arjhull@yahoo.com or Prof. Cabanilla (please check his FB too). You can do this either individually or by class. Print in your name on a piece of paper and affix your signature on top. Make sure po, na malinaw ang sulat and signature. Ipapalaminate po kasi natin ang ID ninyo.

Second Update for Photo Walk

Please be informed that the Orientation for Photo Walk has been moved from Friday (January 20) to Tuesday next week (January 24) at S606.

I will post before the end of this week at what particular time each team has to come at school.

3. All PUPSMK Officers are to report to me this coming Thursday, preferably around 12:30 NN at E603.

4. An orientation is scheduled to be held this coming Friday, January 20 at room South 606. Team A participants shall have their orientation in the morning (from 9:30 - 11:30 AM). Team B shall have theirs in the afternoon, from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.

3. We will enforce a new concept of Filipino time. Everyone must be at the assembly point on time. Waiting period is from 5:30 - 6:00AM.

4. Things to avoid:

a. harutan

b. too much noise

c. vandalism

d. destruction of public/private properties

PUPSMK on the other hand, will:

a. distribute copies of program

b. assign individuals to their respective committees

c. provide certificates of participation

It's never too to say Happy Blessed New Year

With only two and a half months to spare, the PUPSMK with the department's guidance, will initiate numerous activities. Including among which are photo walk and seminars.

New Line Up of Activities for Second Semester: 2011-12

Mga PUP BA History students,

Prepare for the line up of activities this second semester. I look forward to your cooperation and participation.

Tentatively we have the following activities geared for this month until the first few weeks of December:

Gabay at Sanay sa Kasaysayan at Tondo High School (waiting for confirmation. Thanks Mr. President for being so active)

Leadership Training

Photo Walk in and around Binondo - Intramuros area.

The first draft of activities (complete with schedule and committee in charge) shall be posted in few weeks time.

In addition, each year level is reminded of their responsibilities in maintaining the history bulletin boards. The theme for this semester is "Unsung Heroes."
