Week long celebration from September 5 to 10.
Let me remind you dear chair of different committees about your tasks especially on Monday, September 5:
1. All BA History students are required to attend the Convocation. Call time is 8:00 A.M. The first and second year students (with the exception of class officers and few members. They will help Ms. Alberto facilitate the food festival).
2. LCD projector
3. Registration
4. Mr. Bitcharra for CA AVR
5. Mr. Jairus Cruz and selected students for the Photo Exhibit. One BA History student will take charge of registration
6. Mr. Joco (same individuals during the Rizal week celebration) and others for the technical.
7. Mr. Albos, programs
8. Ms. Erica Ordoño, 'taga-sundo' classes
Important:
Unless there is an important task to be given, everybody else must be at C.M. Recto Hall.
