All Officers and coordinators must meet me tomorrow, January 20, 11:00 A.M. either at the faculty room or S605. Take note of the time. I can not hold the meeting past an hour or so.

B. Papers and documents
1. Everyone must have a copy of waivers. These will be distributed by PUPSMK officers (to be taken care of Jamie Celeste and Jerieca Pilvierra. It is important that this document must be read by the student participants and their parents or guardians.
The waivers are to be returned to the PUPSMK officers complete with signatures and a xerox copy of their respective guardian's ID.
2. IDs. All participants shall be given IDs. Since we only have few days til the big event, I am going to request everyone to send a scanned copy of your signature to either my yahoo mail address arjhull@yahoo.com or Prof. Cabanilla (please check his FB too). You can do this either individually or by class. Print in your name on a piece of paper and affix your signature on top. Make sure po, na malinaw ang sulat and signature. Ipapalaminate po kasi natin ang ID ninyo.
