Working Committees and Assignments for History Month Activities


August 24, 2012
Convocation and Food Festival
a. Everyone must be at the venue before 8:00 A.M.
b. Working Committees:
  • Registration Committee (co-chair, Ghied Gustilo)- must be at the venue (Balagtas Hall) around 7:00 A.M. 
  • Lay / Corsage for the speaker - c/o Geneva Urizar 
  • 2 student ushers from BA History 3-1 (Mr. Gambito and female student) are assigned to pick up the speaker from the designated area. 
  • Food and Refreshment for Banda Kawayan to be taken care of BA History 3-1. Please refer to Hairish Lignes for details.
  • Protocol Committee - please ready the signage to be used during the event. 
  • Documentation Committee - each classes must assign 2 students who are to take photos of the event. 
    • Note: The student-photographers are to provide copies (either saved on discs or flash drives) to PUPSMK
  • Technical Committee- likewise, members of this committee must come to school very early. Kindly check all the equipment to be used and bring a spare power cord extension. 
Note: All BA History students must get involved with all the activities launched by the Department and PUPSMK.  Attendance will be checked by the PUPSMK. These will be forwarded to your respective teachers in major subjects.
